• Scardroy Lodge, Inverness-shire, for the Kristiansen (Lego) family.  Project-managed installation of two kitchens (one commercial - one domestic), bespoke cooking suite, all fabrication, 1st and 2nd fix electric, gas and water, Caithness slate flooring, lighting, plasterboarding. 
• Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen.  Many projects over past 18 years, including Hobart rack dishwasher being installed this week, value £35,000+
• Aberdeen City Council.  Over 30 Gram fridges to local schools
• Nick Nairn Cook School, Aberdeen.  Stainless steel fabrication and associated plumbing for sinks and coffee machine
• Radisson Blu Hotel, Royal Mile, Edinburgh.  Counters with refrigerated and heated drop-in units for buffet area, and carpentry/joinery for restaurant waiter stations and servery points
